This page explains how customers can check order progress.
Order Stages
- Order received: payment and order details were submitted.
- Processing: the order is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: tracking information has been created by the carrier.
- Delivered: the carrier has marked the shipment complete.
Changes Or Cancellations
Contact support as soon as possible. Orders already packed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Missing Confirmation
Check the email address used at checkout and review spam or promotions folders.
