Return Window
Most items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery unless a product page or policy states a different rule.
Condition
- Return items in unused, clean and complete condition when possible.
- Include accessories, manuals and original packaging if available.
- For damaged or incorrect items, contact support before returning the product.
Exchange Availability
Direct exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not available, support may guide you through a return and new purchase.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
